Hello,

The charging connector of my Garmin Nuvi 1390 gps is broken (where the usb cable plugs in for charging, the pins are pushed in or broken).
The device is no longer under warranty.
Is it worth it to send it to Garmin service for repair?

I had the same problem with a recent 1490 TV, it is a defective item and the repair estimate is 155 € incl. The new device is worth 263 €.

Garmin products that were previously strong, reliable and of good quality are now falling into mediocrity.
As for the estimate and repair times, I won't even tell you
If someone has the address of a good repairer, I'm a taker.
